I loved strategic location, sweet staff. Rooms were exceptionally good with balcony, air conditioning and WiFi. Efficient check in and in general fantastic service. Easy walk to the sandy beach.
-
Everything was exceptional including staff and rooms. I slept so comfy in the super comfortable bed. It was a wonderful area, a nice place for me. Found a place called Pomegranate, set very close to the hotel, ate there a few times.

Our stay was pleasant overnight, loved tasty breakfasts.
Polite staff, very nice central location & good restaurant. A clean beach, splendid view. They had a flexible check-in too.

A comfortable hotel in Edinburgh. Neat building, top location, very pleasant staff. Plenty of options, excellent food. I appreciated that I could get family king room with a lake view
-
I thoroughly enjoyed the beds, they were comfy, and how really kind the staff was. Plenty of options for breakfast, gorgeous scrambled eggs and bacon. I was given single room with fridge, coffee and high ceiling. Brilliant location, not too far away from omni centre. Fairly clean hotel and exquisite service.

Usual location, magnificent breakfast, excellent service. Liked the small double room, it was recently renovated the time we came in. It included a great bed and a common bathroom. The early check-in too.

Location is fab, staff is excellent co-operating.

We got 2 nights in this hotel, liked it. Bed was lovely, and the room itself was large. Smooth check in and late check out.

New building in a marvellous location. We asked for double room and it was airy. We loved the proximity to a shopping area and a market in Edinburgh.
No restaurant.

Everything was simply good. I loved that we had a work desk, a TV set and ironing facilities in the room. Btw, went to city centre, located at a short distance from the hotel.

Good for money. Walk to the new town, close to excellent transport links, and bright and clean hotel

Beds were tidy, all great value. Good location, close to Waverley train station and near the new town

We appreciated our time here. The bed was good and location was magnificent! The house had all we needed, including clean bathroom. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved the Leith district. Apart from that, General Register House was 10 minutes away by driving. Great to be 500 metres away from taste of italy, enjoyed our meal there.

The bed is comfortable and the location is nice. Very clean unit. Leith neighbourhood is worth seeing. Also, it was 5 min drive from camera obscura and world illusions.

What I liked the most was the location, it is in a quiet place and very central, you do not hear any noise. Also the room was very big, especially with a floor of platform that is to be thanked because I hate the carpets. Another detail that I loved is the welcome basket that they leave you in the room, it had cookies, teas, coffees, milk, a kettle, cocoa powder, some little cups for each one. In the closet there were two hair dryers which is also grateful since we were three girls. The bathroom was very, very clean and quite large.
The only thing I liked was that when we left our bags to be stored until our plane left we were charged one pound per bag, normally in all the hotels I have been both in Spain and outside it nuencha have charged me nothing for leaving the bags. For everything else it's a hotel of 10.
